Among the popular drinks may be mentioned horchata (made with seeds Ayotesemillas nose / Cutuco -pepitoria- , barley , cocoa and rice , sometimes you add milk) , The cebada fresh  is considered another typical drink  of el Salvador, Chan fresh ( fleshy seeds ), the cashew , mango , tamarind ( sour brown seeds ) ,.Another popular sodas are " chicha "a natural beverage that is formed from the fermentation of the fruit ( chicha ) that could be fermented beverage according to the preference of each person , if you want normal or low fermentation this should be left at least a week , also can leave for two weeks , but two weeks of fermentation this could become an alcoholic drink, but not like beer or liquor factory.
