
EL CIPITIO
Originally
called Cipit, and today Cipitío or Cipitillo is a legendary figure in El
Salvador. Born of the relationship he had his mother Ziguet (Sihuet) (Moon
Goddess) with Morning Star God, ungodly betraying the Sun God. That is why the
god of gods, Tlaloc condemned both mother and child. The mother was demoted
from its status Moon Goddess errant wife and children condemned to never grow
up, and preserved forever at the age of eleven.
Cipit
is gods son, but she looks like a child's poor social and economic conditions,
with a deformed foot, holding them upside down, big belly and with the power to
teleport. Their diet is based on eating ashes and bananas. Besides the
Cuscatleca Mythology locates in the region of San Vicente. For centuries, the
God of Cipit was forbidden and adulterous relationships, is now an icon of
Salvadoran culture which is depicted as a happy child and wanders.
The
Cipitío itself is a being of Salvadoran folklore. The legend has evolved from
generation to generation, adapting many elements of it to not become obsolete;
although deep, retains the ancestral essence. The name comes from the Nahuatl
Cipit, meaning child, where the word "Cipote" used to name the
infants in El Salvador is deformed. Height according to his eternal ten years
with a prominent belly, blanket and clothing pointy hat palm and large wings.
It is also said to have feet back.
Frequents

Although

bathroom, in front of a toilet bowl; because it is assumed that it easily feels
disgust with the bad habits of people, in this case women, so it is assumed
that this is the most effective solution when a woman is undergoing its
harassment.
